Absolutely! In fact, many churches use The Circle to help new believers engage with Scripture, ask questions, and grow in their faith through meaningful conversation. That said, we recommend including at least one or two mature believers in each group. The Circle is discussion-based, which means participants learn from one another as they interact with God's Word. Having mature Christians in the conversation helps provide biblical guidance, answer questions, and keep the discussion accurate and on track. The best Circle groups often include a healthy mix of newer believers who are eager to learn and mature believers who are ready to encourage, disciple, and lead by example.

Most facilitators can prepare in 10–20 minutes. The structure is clear, organized, and ready to use without requiring extensive additional research. Remember, you're just introducing the topic, providing scripture context and then releasing the group(s) to work through the study material using the proven format. Actual group participation and group volunteer roles (Opener, Reader, Leader, Closer) require zero prep time before meeting.

The Circle primarily uses the New King James Version (NKJV) for Scripture references in all of our print material. However, churches are welcome to use any faithful Bible translation preferred by their congregation. Because The Circle is built around discussion and Bible engagement rather than fill-in-the-blank worksheets, it works well with a variety of translations. ***Please Note: Participant Guides are not user editable, so any change in scripture translations will need to be verbally expressed to the group(s).
